Weekly April Astro:4/14-4/20

This week, something lights up! We have experienced the culmination of the Libra Full Moon, with Venus stationing direct on the 12th, and we are poised for action. From 4/12 until 5/4, the energy of opportunities opens. There will be no retrogrades, and all three personal planets, Mercury, Mars, and Venus, will be out of the Water and into Fire signs by May 1st! There will be movement and the path will become more clear. Conversations will have more clarity, innovations will be initiated as creative ideas start to flow and suddenly the impossibilities become possible. A renewed sense of self (worth) becomes apparent.

After eight months of enduring the emotional intensity of the Mars transit and retrograde between Cancer and Leo, the planet of ego identity and action finally enters the sovereign Fire of Leo! As soon as Mars hits 0 degrees Leo on the 19th, he will be in a trine to Neptune at 0 degrees Aries for the first time while also in a tightly opposing orb to Pluto at 3 degrees Aquarius, a tense power struggle that perfects for the third time on the 26th. This will be the third and final Mars/Pluto opposition in the last six months due to retrograde. Think back to November 3, 2024, and January 3, 2025; whatever intense themes occurred then will likely culminate similarly on April 26, 2025. This time we can complete these internal vs, external power dynamics with more emotional maturity. Sovereign action is a theme fueled with self-awareness now. Remember, we don't have to go to war in the process of owning our worth.

The Sun leaves Aries and ingresses into Taurus by (Easter) Sunday, bringing more fulfilling experiences. Now that Venus is moving forward, our values guide our intentions for the Taurus New Moon at the end of the month, just as Venus prepares to enter the fiery realm of her comic lover Mars. This week sets the stage for true manifestation. Ahhhhhhhh.

• Thursday 4/17- Mercury conjoins Neptune at 0 degrees Aries. Self-compassion and divine inspiration serve the purpose of our higher spiritual calling.

• Friday 4/18- Mars enters Leo for the next two months. Increased confidence. Self-expression and passion fuel our creative projects.

• 4/19- Sun leaves Aries and enters Taurus shifting us from Cardinal Fire to Fixed Earth-TAURUS SEASON. Mars trine Neptune at 0 degrees Aries.

• 4/20- Sun in Taurus square Mars in Leo at 1 degree. Don't just start the dream, bring it to fruition!
