Saturn stations direct on November 4th at 0° in the Mystical Water sign of Pisces. Saturn is the dense structure of time, Pisces represents the nebulous Spiritual plane of obscure, limitlessness possibilities.

The intensely interesting part of this particular Saturn retrograde is that it ends during Scorpio season, in the inspired sign of Pisces, smack dab in the middle of the week in which the veil between the earthly and ethereal plane is most easily traversed. Also, the fact that this change occurs at the potent 0° mark (cusp) intensifies social collective forward momentum. 0° is indeed pure potentiality. It doesn't hold the burden of the past or the fear of the future. Our inspiration now finds a platform to operate on.
