Mercury on the Move 6/26-7/1

The messenger planet Mercury has been racing through its home sign of Gemini and will be entering the Cardinal Water sign of Cancer on the 26th. This week we get to experience the feeling side of Mercury as it makes some emotionally supportive aspects. As the shapeshifter ingresses into the sign that rules our ancestral roots and upbringing, the inner dialogue is seeking kindness. How can we be more nurturing with our self-talk?

Tuesday the 27th, Mercury will sextile the north node of destiny in the Earth sign Taurus at 1° of the respective signs. This fated aspect is prompting us to take a conscious look at our Soul purpose in relation to a new awareness of personal values. The lunar north node has been transiting Taurus for the past 18 months. How have you radically realigned?

By Wednesday the 28th, a Grand Water Trine is created at 7° as the Cancer Sun connects with the Moon in Scorpio and Saturn retrograde in Pisces. This harmonious aspect has emotional healing written all over it. We take a deep look at how our childhood experiences directly affect our karmic connections with others. Saturn is the Lord of time, and as it reviews the spiritual waters of Pisces, we can take a compassionate look at how far we have come, despite our upbringing.

Mercury reaches 7° of Cancer and takes the place of the Sun on the 29th. The planet of consciousness will then also create a supportive Water Trine to stoic Saturn in Pisces. We start to wrap our brains around the tasks at hand that lead to self-mastery. Healing the inner child. This aspect increases our understanding of our own sensitivities and how we can be more compassionate regarding the sensitivity of others. Words are a very powerful tool, use them wisely!

On the 30th, Neptune finally begins its retrograde journey through its home sign of Pisces. An opportunity to pierce the veil of illusions. The illusive subtle inner workings of our subconscious that cause us to seek escapism will be more clearly seen. Between now and December 6th, the distortions can be converted into Divine inspiration. Tuning in and trusting our higher self over the next five months is imperative to avoid repeating outdated emotional patterns. This is all contingent on our connection to Source energy. On July 1st, Mercury conjoins the heart of our galaxy star in the form of a Cazimi! An aha moment in which the highest vibration of our thought process is being illuminated. Because this Cazimi is occurring in the sign of Cancer, we could have some timeline epiphanies regarding family programming, indoctrination, and outdated beliefs that are now holding us back from actualizing our true authentic emotional selves.

Even though Mercury is making so many supportive connections upon entry, as it transits through the sign of Cancer until July 10th, it will make difficult aspects to any key points or planets we have in the signs of Libra or Aries. Nice that we are being given the opportunity to deal with these difficulties as the nodal axis shifts into Aries and Libra on July 17th.
