AQUARIUS New Moon- Wielding the Weird

The first New Moon of 2025 occurs on January 29th when the Sun and the Moon become congruent at 9° of the Fixed Air sign of Aquarius. This radical moon will be in a harmonious air trine to Jupiter retrograde in Gemini at 11°; an aspect that becomes exact on the 30th. Mercury, the ruler of Gemini is also a big player in the initiative of this new lunar cycle due to its conjunction with Pluto at 1° of Aquarius at the time of this lunation. Mercury newly arrived in Aquarius, represents our human conscious mind.
